T&R is owned and operated by a husband and wife who spent years dreaming about owning a business in which they could spend their time utilizing their experience and maximizing their potential. One bringing the background in construction and design and the other bringing the recruiting and human resources experience their goal was to provide a modern, progressive work environment with a type of product and consulting that hasn't been offered before. We strive to lead with our heart and integrity and be people that people want to work with.
